Panattoni acquired the logistic warehouse from transportation company San José López, formerly owned by British fund Investec. The warehouse will allow Amazon to provide last-mile deliveries in San Sebastian.
Amazon has been operating the Vizcaya logistic centre for about a year and is preparing to start operating on the new warehouse within Dos Hermanas, in Seville, a complex with around 190.000 sqm of built area and a 165.000 sqm terrain.
EjePrime recalls that Panattoni currently has 3 projects under development in Spain, a 28.400 sqm logistic space in Guadalajara, another with 34.000 sqm in Vitoria and still one other with 20.000 sqm in Valencia.
