In just three months, Altamira Singularity already has more than 300 houses under management, spreadout through six different developments in different parts of Spain and is planning to reach 2.000 dwellings until the end of 2019.
The launch of Altamira Singularity is made under Altamira Asset Management’s strategy of diversification and organic growth which in a few years changed it from a classic bank servicer into a service and third party real estate and financial asset management company, with a diversified and extensive products and services portfolio and a score of clients.
According to Marcos Beltrán, commercial director for real estate at Altamira, «we are expanding our activity based on our accumulated experience of the sector, and we are convinced that we can offer a diferentiated service which meets our customers’ needs. Altamira Singularity is a new line of business which will grow with our real estate services adapted to new clients such as promoters and investors».
For now «we have started commercializing a total of six new developments, located in the South, East and centre of Spain which represent more than 300 new houses which have been placed on the market. Besides we are involved in 18 other offers for the commercialization of approximately 1.250 houses, these early results encourage us to keep offering this new service» remarked Ana Belén Fernández, CEO of Altamira Singularity.
