The society has now entered in Alternative Stock Market (MAB) with a total capital of €9 million and a reference value per share of €1.
«For the Stock Exchange, that a new SOCIMI enters to quote is something usual, but for the market of the residential rent a SOCIMI like QPQ is a great advance. With this entry in the MAB, the sector gets a real vehicle that works to professionalize the residential rental offer, adjusting it to the needs of the tenants», explains Gustavo Rossi, president of Quid Pro Quo Alquiler Seguro SOCIMI, who states that they expect to «professionalize the offer of rental housing, making it homogeneous, stable, dispersed and continuous.»
The company, which is listed with a portfolio of 37 properties, has already prepared new acquisitions. «Invermax, the manager of QPQ, continues to work on the composition of the portfolio, formalizing in the next few days the purchase of 50 new assets,» states Rossi. Within its forecasts and according to the information document provided to the MAB, «by the end of 2019 we will exceed 150 properties, all of them rented», explains the president of the SOCIMI.
