This shopping center was purchased by the British fund in 2014 from Multi Development and ING, and is now expected to sell it to another UK investment fund. The negotiations are being carried out by Estbona Management, which represents this fund.
According to the Spanish Real Estate, the shopping is placed next to the Palácio de Congressos de Oviedo, and has a total of 40,000 m2. It maintains anchors like El Corte Inglés or Primark, but has been losing spaces of big retailers like Inditex.
