Almar Consulting presided by José Luis Miró, signed a strategic alliance with JV20, founded and led by Juan Velayos, so as to create the leading Spanish company when it comes to servicing the real estate sector. As a result of this agreement, JV20 will become Almar Consulting’s strategic partner. Juan Velayos will incorporate the Membership Committee in order to support the definition and execution of Almar Consulting’s strategic plan, boosting Almar Consulting’s organic and inorganic growth during the next few years.
Almar Consulting was established in 2011 by José Luis Miró as a real estate consulting company specialised in the technical and operational assessment of all types of real estate assets, providing funds, investors and developers with a multidisciplinary team to aid them in acquiring, transforming and managing their assets.
Almar Consulting offers services in urban planning, project management, architectural and engineering technical services, consulting and development management. Since its establishment, it has had continuous growth, leading it to currently have more than 130 professionals and 8 offices with which it covers the whole of Spain.
Juan Velayos is the founder and CEO of JV20 Investment and Advisory, a real estate advisory and investment firm headquartered in Spain. He is also a senior advisor for group TPG in Spain and for group Natixis Partners, stakeholder director at Tempore Properties and co-founder of construction company 011h.
