According to data revealed this month by Mercado Alternativo Bursátil, the REIT, which has been listed for only four months, worsened its annual performance. Despite closing the year with a negative result once again, its yield is still seven times higher than the one registered last year.
The net volume of business improved: it went from 21.4 million euro in 2017 to 138.3 million euro in December last year.
This company, which is focused on the Spanish senior residence market, closed the year with a portfolio of 25 assets located in Madrid which was estimated at 9.8 million euro.
For 2019, the company plans to keep investing. In February, its shareholders green lighted a 15 million euro capital increase. And, in March, it closed the purchase of two buildings in the Spanish capital for 1.2 million euro.
