Its first capital increase took place in 2017, only four months after its establishment, and it increased Almagro’s capital in 3.7 million euro. The second capital increase took place in July 2018 and increased its capital in 5.6 million euro, according to data from Mercado Alternativo Bursátil (MAB).
Currently the REIT, which started being listed at MAB at the beginning of this year, already has 24 assets, which are mainly located in the prime areas of Madrid. Barcelona, Valladolid, Malaga, Bilbao and Mallorca are other Spanish cities where the company also invested.
