The identity of the seller was not disclosed in the release made available at Mercado Alternativo Bursátil which reveals, in detail, the locations, prices and segments of the assets.
One of the houses is located at Calle Zurbano, it has 198 sqm and cost 918 thousand euro. The other is located at Calle Ribadavia, has 119 sqm and cost 250 thousand euro.
These two houses are currently leased and are now part of the REIT’s portfolio which is estimated at around 9.8 million euro.
