The most expensive of these assets was the senior residence located at Calle Menorca, within the Ibiza quarter in Madrid. The 289 sqm asset cost 925 thousand euro, revealed Almagro in a release made available at the Mercado Alternativo Bursátil.
The other three residences are located at the Cuatro Caminos quarter also in Madrid. One of them is located at Calle Orense, has 269 sqm and cost the REIT 800 thousand euro. The other two are located at Calle General Ramírez de Madrid, have a total combined area of 216 sqm and cost in total 650 thousand euro.
With these four acquisitions, the portfolio of this REIT specialised in senior residences, reached 35 assets.
