The first was concluded on the 10th of March and it concerns a 90 sqm housing unit located at Avenida de Moratalaz, in the barrio de Marroquina in Madrid, which was bought for 200.000 euro.
In mid-May, there were two more operations: the acquisition of a 75 sqm dwelling located at Ayala street in Madrid (in barrio de Goya), for 280.000 euro and the purchase of a 61 sqm unit for 120.000 euro located at Oliana street, in barrio de Pinar del Rey in Madrid.
The latest operation was concluded on the 8th of June with the purchase of a 121 sqm dwelling located at plaza Andrés de Soloaga, in el barrio de Aluche, in Madrid for 210.000 euro.
According to the release issued by the REIT on Mercado Alternativo Bursátil this Thursday, all dwellings are currently leased.
This is the third set of dwellings the REIT specialised in senior residences acquires this year. The first operation was concluded in mid-February for 2.5 million euro and the second at the end of the same month for 1.5 million euro. With these acquisitions, Almagro has already reached a total investment of 4.81 million euro for 2020.
