One Asset located at Imperial Area, in Madrid
All units are located in Madrid. According to release made available at the Mercado Alternativo Bursátil, these residences are spread across several areas of Madrid: Vallehermoso (1), Imperial (2), Carabanchel (2) and Ríos Rosas (1). The returns are assured since all units are currently occupied.
The same document informed that the REIT specialised in senior residences paid around 1.52 million euro for these 6 units. No information concerning the sellers was disclosed.
This is Almagro’s second purchase in Madrid this year. Also, in February, the REIT added a set of 5 assets to its portfolio for a total 2.5 million euro. One of the assets bought, located at Calle Goya with 266 sqm, was now mortgaged to Bankinter for 1 million euro, mentioned the same document.
This investment route in the new year fits the strategy the REIT had already adopted last year, with which it increased the number of assets in its portfolio by 215% reaching 58 assets. With this year’s acquisitions so far, the company’s portfolio should reach 69 units.
