An endless list of services and solutions for real estate’s servicing marketing is revolutionising the sector in Spain. The second edition of the Congreso Nacional de Servicing Inmobiliario (National Congress of Real Estate Servicing) organised by CMS Group between the 13th and the 16th of October, will cover the best practices in terms of real estate portfolio sales and purchases, with the participation of a long list of strategic providers who will be offering their services to manage and market these assets and the best practices in mortgage management for banks and funds.
During the three days the congress will last, current subjects which are also highly relevant for the sector will be discussed, such as Market analysis and prospects for NPLs and REOs; prospects for the Spanish Top Servicing & Property Management; “Build to rent”; prospects on the massive sale of NPLs with guarantee, successful strategies to gain competitiveness and acquire new contracts within the servicing market; marketing real estate assets during the current situation; alternative financing for the development segment; the Proptech boost; the impact the new Mortgage Act will have on managing troubled assets (Okupación).
Also included in the Congreso Nacional de Servicing Inmobiliario is the real estate portfolio Marketplace which will be hosting all servicers selling real estate portfolios estimated at between 5 and 30 million euro to investors.
