The portfolio includes 1.500 houses spread out through several locations in Spain and about 1.000 commercial assets, among which logistic warehouses and stores, besides 71 new construction developments. 1.100 assets will be second hand.
The assets should be sold at an average discount of around 40% according to Expansión.
Aliseda currently manages around 10.300 million euro worth of real estate assets and home loans from Banco Popular, and it wants to accelerate the assets' rate of sales, according to the same newspaper.
