Three of these buildings are located in Barcelona. One at the Mas Blau shopping centre, another also on the outskirts of the city, in the Sant Joan Despí area (at numbers 6-8 Fructuoso Gelabert), and the third at the heart of the Catalan capital at number 143 Calle Comte d’Urgell. The asset acquired in Madrid is located in the city’s CBD, at number 124 Calle Claudio Coelho.
The news was reported by Spanish daily newspaper Eje Prime, which also revealed that these assets have a total combined area of 33.270 sqm.
This year, the American asset management company – which carried out this operation through its vehicle EVI II – closed another operation in Spain, the acquisition of the Vila Olímpica office building, also located in Barcelona for 29 million euro from Spanish REIT Lar España.
