The company’s idea is to be able to launch simultaneously a development for sale and another one for renting, together with a REIT, since, for now, the company does not want to be listed, but wants to grow within the Spanish residential market.
In order to do that, Aedas is interested in buying land from large owners such as Sociedade de Gestión de Activos originating in Sareb, according to EjePrime and Expansión.
