In this project for Ares, fund Aedas will build 500 new dwellings, destined for the rental market, in three of Madrid’s municipalities (Torrejón de Ardoz, Alcalá de Henares and El Cañaveral), which should be concluded between 2021 and 2022. With this operation alone, Aedas expects an approximate income of 71 million euro.
According to newspaper ElConfidencial, this is the largest ongoing housing key in hand housing project in Spain. And, with it, Aedas predicts it will end the year with more than 3.000 dwellings under development. 420 more than it initially expected.
