For now, Aedas Homes has selected 12 terrains which it already owns, to develop new assets. The first project will start in Estepona, with a total 200 apartments. This project should be developed key-in-hand for an investor. Alicante, Campello and Malaga are also on the company’s plans.
The deal with the operator partner is not yet closed, but Aedas wants to close it this year, according to El Economista and EjePrime.
On the other hand, the idea is also to find a partner to invest in this type of assets, keeping them in the company’s capital for a specific period of time.
