This year, the congress hosted around 1.000 professionals of the sector, 42 companies and 18 sponsors. The award ceremony marked the closing of the event, recognising the excellence of the projects.

- Best refurbishment of a Shopping Centre: Glories from Barcelona.
- Best expansion of a Shopping Centre: Bonaire from Valencia.
- Best specialised Shopping Centre: Viladecans The Style Outlet.
- Best sustainability action: Patronage of Fundación Oso from Centro Comercial Intu Asturias.
- Best CSR action: Ex aequo to “La Paraita de Tamarguillo” from Ceetrus and “Dona tus recuerdos. Tengo Alzheimer” from CBRE.
- Best B2C campaign: “Muérete tú” from Centro Comercial H2O from Madrid.
- Best marketing campaign for less than 10.000 euro: “Intu Puerto Venecia le da la vuelta al cole”.
- Best Branding campaign, rebranding or relaunch of a Shopping Centre: Fan Mallorca Shopping.
- Best marketing campaign to support the shopkeeper: Kiosko de Servicios from Carmila España.
- Best business transformation: Pausa & Play.
- Best independent commerce in a Shopping Centre: Nikelodeon Adventure Murcia.
- Best franchise in a Shopping Centre: Alain Afflelou.
- Best chain in a Shopping Centre: Urban Planet.
It was also awarded the best doctoral thesis concerning retail to the paper: “El marketing de experiencias y sus efectos sobre la marca” (Marketing of experiences and its effects on the brand) from Cristina García Gumiel and the thesis “La influencia en los factores sociales en la experiencia del cliente en entornos comerciales: un análisis de efectos de interacción” (The influence of social factors in the customer’s experience in commercial environments: an analysis on the effects of interaction) written by Raúl Pérez López.
