The 19 dwelling building is located in Malaga and cost 2 million euro, according to the information the company sent to BME Growth. The operation was financed by the company’s own resources gathered through a 6.7 million euro capital increase operation carried out in 2020. This is Advero’s ninth housing asset in Spain (145 dwellings) and it is located in Malaga’s capital’s Trinidad district. All the dwellings have long-term leases.
With this acquisition, the company specialised in affordable rental housing took one more step towards its geographical diversification. Up until now, it had 8 buildings located in Madrid (Tetuán and Vallecas districts) and Barcelona (municipalities of Rubí, Sabadell and Terrassa).
