The company led by José Manuel Entrecanales is analysing new investment opportunities outside Spain, and in Portugal it will invest in this new urban renewal project for the typical Lisbon neighbourhood.
«In this new growth period, we want to reinforce our international presence», comments Álvaro Tejero, international director at Acciona Inmobiliaria. «We are looking into new countries in Europe and Latin America», quotes Cínco Días, such as Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Panama, or yet the Ukraine or the Czech Republic.
Currently, the developer is present in Spain, Poland, Mexico and Portugal where it announced its entry last November with a 40 million euro investment at the Graça area, in Lisbon, where it will develop 100 dwellings.
