The Spanish company is expected to invest 40 million euro more, within the 40.000 sqm buildable area of the terrains, to construct urbanisation featuring a 150 room hotel (7.900 sqm), more than 100 tourist apartments (9.500 sqm) and more than 100 single-family dwellings (18.000 sqm). According to newspaper El Confidencial, 3.100 sqm should be destined for tertiary uses such as a beach club.
This operation, which was advised by CBRE on behalf of the seller, should stimulate this municipality which has had a lack of new construction in the last few years.
