This office complex was Banesto’s headquarters and it hosted until a year ago a large part of Santander España.
The deal follows Santander’s real estate assets’ divestment plan, recalls Expansión, which has been sped up in the last few years.
It also represents a new bet from Acciona in the real estate business, and it is the largest operation closed by Andrés Pan de Soraluce, Acciona Inmobiliaria’s CEO since last September.
