Pepsico is amongst the building’s tenants, occupying 4.500 sqm with its offices. The building is, according to newspaper Expansión, the largest within this business park with a total area of 25.000 sqm.
This operation – which should be concluded this week – was advised by consultant Cushman & Wakefield on behalf of the seller. The buyer was advised by consultant Savills Aguirre Newman.
Aberdeen was the protagonist of one of the main transactions carried out last Summer in Barcelona, with the purchase of the Auditori Tower building for 98 million euro from Iberdrola.
UBS was responsible for one the largest sales in the Catalan capital: the Tarragona Tower building for 100 million euro to American Blackstone.
