The range of investment includes industrial buildings and areas between 1.000 and 5.000 sqm within the Catalan capital’s technological region: 22@.
The information is reported by Spanish newspaper Eje Prime this Thursday, and it also reveals that the company intends to open, in this region alone, at most 10 new coworking centres, which represents an average investment of 5 million euro per asset.
At least two of these projects are already under way and should be finished in 2021. One of them will be constructed in a 3 floor factory, built 100 years ago. It is located at number 23 Carrer Roc Boronat and it has 1.000 sqm. Another example is the building at number 86 Carrer Pere IV, which has 3.680 sqm.
