American BlackRock increases share in Colonial

The US fund BlackRock has increased its share in Colonial to more than 3%, now holding 3.3% of its share capital, about €100 million, based on the socimi's current market prices.

As stated by EjePrime, this increase in quota is consistent with Colonial's decision to move its headquarters from Barcelona to Madrid, given the political uncertainty of the region.

The first shareholders of Colonial are, currently, Mexican group Finaccess, with 13.76%, and Qatar's sovereign fund with 10.6%. It should also be highlighted the Puig family, with 5.01%.
