This increase was mainly caused by larger revenues from commissions concerning the REO portfolio under its management, along with the increase in management commissions and other revenues, as well as the contribution from new portfolios.
At the end of the year, the company had 41.100 million euro in assets under management which had increased in 2019 with the signing of new contracts, amongst which Divarian and Apple. If we take into account the new contract signed with Sareb, the assets under management totalled, at the end of 2019, 33.900 million euro.
The company’s operational results reached 105.7 million euro during this period. The increase in revenues was offset by higher operational and personnel costs due to Divarian’s integration on the 1st of June 2019.
