Dolce Vita Miraflores is back on the market
27 March 2020 | Ana Tavares

There was a new upset with the sale of Dolce Vita Miraflores. The Angolan society which had offered to pay 6.8 million euro for the shopping centre was unable to secure financing from Eurobic, and the building is once again on sale.

The shopping centre was offered its highest bid following its insolvency, around six months ago, but the necessary financing was not secured, as confirmed by a source contacted by Negócios: «the buyer was unable to comply with the bid it presented, since it was unable to secure financing for the operation from Eurobic», quoted Idealista.

Again on the market, the former highest bid of 6.8 million euro is now the starting bid. Interested parties have until the 30th of April to submit their bids.
