29 August 2019 | Ana Tavares

Vivenio, Spanish REIT owned by Renta Corporación and fund APG, has just announced the acquisition of two residential buildings in Madrid and one in Barcelona for an expected combined total of 85 million euro.

In a note sent to MAB, Vivenio explains that it has already deposited 25% of the total amount.

The operation takes place after the Spanish REIT bought, at the beginning of August, the last of three parcels from Mahou-Calderón from Atletico Madrid for 75 million euro, reminds EjePrime, in a year during which the company intends to double its size, reaching between 1.500 and 2.000 million euro in aggregate investment in 2020.
