06 December 2019 | Vanessa Sousa

Building Javier Ferrero 9 in the Spanish capital was sold by REIT Vitruvio for 4 million euro to Caledonian, which has well defined plans for the asset.

This 1.788 sqm office building, should be repurposed and integrated within the developer’s luxury housing project for that same street: the Caledonian Javier Ferrero by Marcio Kogan.

Numbers 1-7 and 11-13 at Calle Javier Ferrero in Madrid are also part of the project which should be finished by 2021. This project alone represents an investment – which Caledonian will do together with fund Autonomy – of around 63 million euro, according to El Economista this Thursday. It will include 100 new houses, a gym, an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool, spa, sauna, jacuzzi and several green areas.
