The 6.150 sqm building will have 220 rooms and will open its doors in 2021. This project in the Andalusian capital will be located between Avenida de la Palmera and Heliópolis, revealed the company in a release.

«Our offer provides students with an ecosystem formed by unique spaces and services, adapted to the new demands from young people and focused in making their personal, academic and professional lives come together instead of being compartmentalised», explained Jeffrey Sújar, Syllâbus’ CEO.
