This building has 5.500 sqm of gross buildable area above the ground, besides 120 parking spots underground.
CBRE advised Signal Capital in this deal. According to the consultant this transaction «will contribute to the consolidation of this as one of Lisbon’s most active and attractive areas, where a strong tourist activity combines naturally with state-of-the-art offices».
