Real estate company Sevirhabitat puts in place its real estate divestment plan in Spanish territory, by placing 12.000 dwellings on the market at reduced prices.

The prices vary between 40 thousand until more than 1 million euro, reports newspaper Expansión.

Among the luxury villas, the same newspaper highlights one located at a privileged area in Barcelona, with 300 sqm which is for sale at 1.618 million euro.

Another example is a 600 sqm house in Malaga, which is valued at 1.25 million euro after a 20% discount. At most, the assets will have a 40% discount over their original prices.

Besides these locations, LoneStar’s real estate portfolio is spread out through other places, such as Madrid, Andalusia, and Valencia.
