Sabadell closes Solvia’s sale for €241M

Banco Sabadell closed this Tuesday the sale of 80% of its subsidiary Solvia Servicios Inmobiliários’ capital. On this operation alone, new owner Intrum Holding Spain, which belongs to group Intrum AB, spent 241 million euro.



With this transaction, Solvia’s capital stock increased to 300 million euro, mentions the financial institution in a release sent to the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores. And it may increase even further, «to a maximum of 40 million euro if the expected conditions related to the evolution of some of Solvia’s lines of business are met. The operation generated capital gains of 138 million euro», mentions the same document.
