SIMA was visited by about 20.000 people

Around 19.800 people visited the latest edition of the Madrid International Real Estate Salon – Salón Inmobiliario Internacional de Madrid (SIMA), according to data provided by the organization which took place between the 30th of May and the 2nd of June at pavilion 10 of the Feria de Madrid.



«This number corresponds to our predictions and confirms that the fair is a reference for the housing offer and demand in our country», stated Eloy Bohúa, the CEO of Planner Exhibitions, the company in charge of organizing the SIMA fairs.

309 companies participated at the SIMA 2019, 8% more than the previous year. In total, the exhibitors had more than 30.000 houses for sale, almost 13% more than in 2018. The Costa Blanca and Costa del Sol represented more than 80% of the tourist offer on sale at SIMA.

Madrid and its autonomous community, with more than half the houses on show at the fair keep being SIMA’s housing motor. Besides Madrid, Alicante, Malaga, Guadalajara and the Balearic Islands top the ranking of the provinces with more houses on offer at the fair.
