Roebuck debuts in Spain with €78M purchase

The first acquisition from British Roebuck Asset Management in Spain, took place in Zaragoza, and it concerns a retail logistic complex: Pikolin.


This was a sale&leaseback operation and it cost the company 78 million euro.

The 92.723 sqm asset was built on a 225.000 sqm terrain, according to Idealita/News. It is located on the Plaza industrial park at number 24 Ronda del Ferrocarril, in Zaragoza.

This is the twelfth asset Roebuck AM incorporates into its portfolio and it is estimated at more than 625 million euro, according to data disclosed on the company’s official website.
