01 April 2019 | Vanessa Sousa

Quabit Inmobiliaria will soon have 20 million euro more to keep investing in the Spanish housing market. Last Thursday the company issued simple unsubordinated bonds for that amount, which should expire in 4 years.

This operation was made through its subsidiary Quabit Finance, it can be read in the release sent to the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores. The company announced, in the same document, that «it will request the bond trading at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange Freiverkehr (Open Market), on the Quotation Board»,

This capital increase comes at a time when the company intends to pursue the 55 housing projects it has under development and which will be capable of hosting 4.000 families.
