One more building was acquired in the Spanish capital’s prime area. The building is located at number 6 Calle Carreteras and it cost around 33.5 million euro. The new owner is Mutualidad General de Abogacía.

The Spanish company negotiated with a group of private investors whose identities were not disclosed by daily newspaper Eje Prime, which reported the news.

The building has a 2.617 sqm gross area and is currently fully leased to group Inditex, which, according to the same newspaper, should guarantee its return.

Mutualidad General de Abogacía operates in the Spanish real estate market on different fronts – retail segment, hotels, senior residences and logistics – and has a portfolio estimated at 7.754 million euro.
