Ores acquires new retail asset for €6.75M

Following its investment strategy, Spanish REIT Ores added one more retail space to its 35 asset portfolio. This time, it acquired a supermarket located in the city of Granada in Spain.



The deal was closed for 6.75 million euro with a seller whose identity wasn’t disclosed. Ores’s latest asset has 3.296 sqm and, according to newspaper Expansión, is currently managed by Mercadona.

The REIT, which belongs to Sonae Sierra and Bankinter currently has a commercial asset portfolio estimated at more than 362.5 million euro, according to the latest data made available by the company.
