Metrovacesa’s latest housing investment, announced this Wednesday, will be made in Lleida, in the Catalan autonomous community. The company intends to build two 21 floor buildings, with a total of 196 apartments-

The construction of the two so called Torres del Cel, 70 metres in height, will be undertaken by Avintia Construcciones. The marketing of the spaces, on the other hand, will be made by real estate company Finques Farré. In this project alone, Metrovacesa has already invested around 41 million euro, mentions Eje Prime.

This project includes four commercial spaces, 210 parking spaces and 112 storage spaces.

According to the same newspaper, the project will be developed in two stages. The first stage should be concluded by 2021, when at least 98 apartments should be ready to live in.
