Following its housing market investment plan, Metrovacesa announced the development of new houses in Seville. This project alone is estimated at 13.9 million euro.

It will be located in one of the Spanish city’s main expansion areas, Entrenúcleos, where three 9 floor apartment blocks will be built, with a total of 143 new dwellings, according to Eje Prime. The future tenants of this housing complex will also benefit from swimming pools, game rooms, garages and retail areas.

Several projects of this type have already been announced by the company this year. One of the latest is Ciudad Clesa, where student residences, commercial areas and offices will be built. In order to develop it, the company will invest 260 million euro.

In Seville alone, Metrovacesa currently has 2.800 dwellings under development, mentions the same newspaper.
