Mercadona buys logistic parcels for €16.6M

Spanish food chain Mercadona invests, once again, in Parc Sagunt on the Valencian Community in Spain. This time it bought 6 parcels for 16.6 million euro.



These new lots have a total combined surface of 136.328 sqm. Its portfolio already included a 200.000 sqm logistic complex which is being constructed over a 350.000 sqm area.

According to Eje Prime, Mercadona currently owns more than half of Parc Sagunt, which has 40 lots.
