The Spanish Embassy in the English capital will host this session where the latest research in this field, the main strategies to be carried out, the different views of the Spanish real estate market and the investment opportunities as well as the risks it offers will be revealed.

These and other subjects will be discussed during a session which will host several specialists within the sector, such as Maria Jesús Fernández, from ICEX – Invest in Spain and Reno Cardiff, from Cushman & Wakefield.

Audrey Klein, from Corestate Capital Group, is the latest confirmation for the event’s first round table – coordinated by Richard Betts, director at Real Asset Media, - which will also host Jon Armentia, from Lar España and Carlos Portocarrero, from Clifford Chance.

Among the inevitable themes to be discussed about this market, is the investment on alternative sectors, whose offer and demand are growing in the country.

To talk about alternatives is to talk about investment in Real Estate Debt, a subject which will be discussed by Cristina García- Peri, Director of Business Development & Strategy at Azora. It also means talking about student residences, a subject which will be explained by a member of Round Hill Capital yet to be revealed. And it means talking about tourism and leisure, a sector which will be discussed by Jaime Buxó, Chief Development Officer at Grupo Barceló.

Maria Pradillo from Clifford Chance, Bruno Hallé, from Cushman & Wakefield, Pedro Coelho from Square AM and George Minns from Europa Capital will discuss this subject, during a moment dedicated to sharing experiences and opinions.

The event organized by the magazine Iberian Property together with Investment Briefing and ICEX Spain Trade and Investment has the support of Azora, Cushman & Wakefield, Clifford Chance, Square AM, its sponsors, and of EPRA and ASPRIMA, its institutional sponsors.
