This asset – formerly owned by the Spanish supermarket chain Día itself – has a 31.000 sqm buildable area and 13.000 sqm destined for parking, revealed El Inmobiliario.
This operation was carried out by one of the American company’s funds, E-Regi. The company’s fund manager Uwe Rempis mentioned that «this is an important acquisition for the fund E-REGI, since it increases its exposure within the logistic segment, one of our targets. The Spanish logistic market is particularly attractive since the demand has grown and it is rapidly growing in the United States. We hope this trend will continue and we are happy with this acquisition».
