20 May 2019 | Vanessa Sousa

Spanish real estate company Kronos placed on the market a plot portfolio estimated at between 200 and 300 million euro.

These assets are spread out through Spain and, according to El Confidencial last week, some of them are located north of Madrid.

Deloitte is in charge of running this operation, the consultant will also advise the real estate company on the type of deal to be carried out. On the table is the possibility of selling the plots as a portfolio, but there is also the possibility of splitting it up and selling small sets of plots. The most profitable solution should be, according to the same newspaper, the one the company will choose.

Fully assembled in four years, Kronos’s current portfolio is estimated at 1.000 million euro. One of the assets is located at Parque das Nações, in Lisbon. It was acquired by the company in January this year for 100 million euro and in it a residential complex should be built.
