Klépierre sells shopping centre portfolio in Portugal

French Klépierre announced this month the sale of a four shopping centre portfolio in Portugal to a real estate investment fund managed by Square Asset Management.


Named Project Stone, this set of buildings includes the Minho Center, in Braga, the Gaia Jardim, in Vila Nova de Gaia, the Centro Comercial Continente Loures, in Loures, and the Centro Comercial Continente Telheiras, in Lisbon. Fund CA Património Crescente is the new owner. 

Law firm Morais Leitão legally advised Klépierre in this operation. According to Eco and Construir, Project Stone included the preparation and following of the whole competitive selling process, vendors’ due diligence and the negotiation and sale of the portfolio.
