Logistics Capital Partners (LCP) should increase its investment capacity and Invesco will be the main responsible for the operation. The amount to be injected was not disclosed.

Invesco’s goal is for its subsidiary specialised in industrial assets to grow so as to surpass the 1.000 million euro in logistic assets within 3 to 5 years.

Spain is one of the company’s targets and LCP also maintains under its radar assets located in Belgium, France, Italy and Holland.

«Following the success LCP has had since we started our collaboration, the best decision for the company is to increase our investment», mentioned Invesco’s CEO Bert Crouch to newspaper Eje Prime.
