British Grosvenor decided to once again invest in the Spanish real estate market and paid 80 million euro for the MB One building in Madrid.

The five floor 22.129 sqm GLA building sale was carried out by Blackstone through Chameleon, one society that is included under the socimi Corona, reports ElConfidencial this Monday.

This office building also has outdoor parking, with 381 parking spots and an underground parking lot for 449 vehicles.

Consultants JLL and Savills advised the building’s purchase at Grosvenor’s request. The new owner can count with a stable rental cycle, since this space currently serves as CitiBank’s headquarters.
