Exxacon plans €400 M investment in the Spanish housing market

The dynamic of the Spanish housing market is increasing. There is one more company which announced an investment in this sector, Exxacon, which plans to build 1.400 villas until 2021. In this project alone, the company should spend around 400 million euro.



Costa del Sol is the main area elected by the company to invest. But its goal is to expand into other cities in the country, like Valencia, Seville and Madrid. In the Spanish capital, there is already a project being developed, the Living Colmear, on which is expected a 32 million euro investment to build 156 villas.

According to Eje Prime, the boost Exxacon got to embrace this project came from a Chilean capital injection.
