German fund Deka Inmobilien should buy the high-rise office building from fund FLIT, managed by ECS Capital at Avenida Fontes Pereira de Melo, in Lisbon (also known as FPM 41), for more than 120 million euro.

The news is reported by Portuguese newspaper Eco, according to whom this will potentially be one of the largest transactions of the year in the Portuguese office market. The transaction is about to be closed, with Deka having made the highest bid to purchase the building.

The building has 17 floors, 22.500 sqm and almost 68 meters in height, making it one of the highest buildings in the city, besides 6 underground floors and 221 parking spots.

Among the building’s main tenants are KPMG and society PLMJ, which should occupy the building between April and May this year.
