Dei Homes announced another housing project in the municipality of Estepona, in Malaga. The project, which should start in 2021, encompasses the construction of 200 high end villas and will require an investment of about 97 million euro.

Company CEO Antonio Bazán’s goal is clear. «We want to lead the market in the Costa del Sol municipality», stated Bazán to Eje Prime. This is, according to the same newspaper, Dei Homes’s fourth project in Estepona.

One of these projects, required a 55 million euro investment to build 48 villas on Estepona’s shoreline. Another one will involve a 12 million euro investment to build 52 apartments destined for the rental market. And on the third project Dei Homes expects to invest 30 million euro to build 109 apartments which will be mainly marketed to foreigners.

For the company’s CEO «there is enough demand to meet this offer», which tends to increase. In the next five years, Dei Homes plans to build 600 or 700 more houses.
